Sight and smell, might is one way to get information. Definitely not an absolute answer. Think I saw a clip, Dr could detect, forget which STI, by smell. So, maybe that is possible. Probably none of us would know the correct odor.

Just take PrEP and get checked regularly. There's always a risk when going bare and everyone's risk tolerance is different, but getting tested regularly should be the bare minimum everyone is doing so we aren't passing that shit around.
