What happens at time of appointment? Response time for gate and unit# appropriate? Don't want to get screened, scheduled a time, only to be ghosted at appt time.

Oh yes once your scheduled for appt, response time is on point. Just getting the appt is still somewhat delay in response. Some days 3 hour wait, some days left on read next day. But at time of my appt she is always on time to let me in, especially the new location.

As mentioned in my post below, it's been slooooow.
