Since you are starting out I will give the same advice I've given long ago. There were guys asking if Allie really was good looking like reported, since they were about to see her. SD in July, OC in August, LA next month, and repeat. The KORGs arent ever really stationed in any particular local, they keep moving around so that they are harder to catch by LE, while also giving new variety to their customers, and clever limited time only marketing, making customers FOMO on the new girls. Over time though if demand is in decline in SD, I do see the KORG would be less inclined to to return to SD. Maybe the demand for KORG in SD just isn't as high when compared to OC / LA, since TJ is so close, and easier and cheaper to hookup with talent? And maybe the demand for KORG in OC and LA are higher, since there is already a large male K-TOWN population that is already used to the booking Kgirls culture?

I've noticed over the years that SD has certain types of girls that are very popular. Skinny girls like Kiko, Cherry, Bona, Jira. And more generally, HYA too like Allie and Krissy who have looks and youth, some tits and ass. About review imbalance. It's not always clear, but there are different sub-groups of reviewers. For example in NYC, there are jgirls, kgirls, cgirls plenty. But 98% of the reviews are of jgirls. It is a long essay why I prefer them, but to sum up you need no insurance, it's 40 cash, they deal with STD testing and treatment all day, and they are the most discreet. By default if something comes up on tests, they will call you to call them back for the result. Next, if you are quitting bb or want bacterial treatment "just in case" before taking on a new partner, you can use callondoc to get a combo of antibiotics. Callondoc or any other telehealth will send your prescription to your local pharmacy which will dispense top shelf meds, they are professional, fast, well-priced. If you actually have symptoms or test positive for bacteria, then it is better to get a shot in-person whether at a clinic or urgent care. Lastly, people can panic over things like balantis (for example, by a yeast infection due to pre-diabetes and peeing sugar) or 'worn out' skin that hurts (you can get this even with a Tenga / fleshlight so it is not an STD).
