I think there is room to improve if you get solid intel. Even if the average has declined, my success rate has dramatically gone up by knowing which reviewers have my taste. But yes, many people have noted some decline. I know a lot of my ATFs have either retired or just work one far-away city only in semi-retirement. That's a big part of it for me.

In recent months there is contraction in the market, after many years of growth.
