It's the radiator place with a new phone number, 5 2 0 Washintin st. In Pembroke, but unsure of new ownership or talent (maybe lack thereof).

This location is very convenient but was a dump with one very weak provider, and one older yet enthusiastic, in the past.

Hoping that it is 'new and improved' as it is super easy for me to get to when I am in the area. If there is anything new to know please provide any info you have, will be back there April or May time frame.

I guess YMMV was why I was writing the review. If you are a regular, sometimes things open up, sometimes they don't. I am not a regular as I have been probably a dozen times over the last decade. I didn't leave disappointed, just wasn't worth it to me. If someone was looking for a BBBJ there could be more sure options.

Having seen the "smock" get utilized more than once, I would agree it's a good sign and it's a good way for them to feel more relaxed and in less of a "rush"! It also makes it quicker for them to get back to business.

I've been to Lav many times, decent location with easy parking. They've stayed open late for me. Point is, YMMV, and with the right provider the menu is open; of course new, untested talent varies. The older provider at Lav (I think she lives there), has a few extra lbs, always has a good attitude, and is up for adventure, I've never been disappointed.
