Before visiting Ocean I visited this place first and I left here with my blue balls. She gave me a great massage with a bit of teasing. She must have noticed that I got woody when I turned around but there was no appropriate action should be taken for the rest of the time. Good massage but it was a bit hard to zip up when I was wearing my pants.

Was passing thru the area and read a few good reviews of this place so I stopped by, just calling ahead an hour prior. She was very friendly and the place was legit spa front (strip mall) not run down, not buzz-in but since I was commuting I needed a break for a good massage anyways so no harm no foul if nothing extra. I paid the 70, lay faced down naked and got an above average massage with oil. I made no moves and enjoyed the massage. Then she got on the table and straddled the back of my head to massage my butt, I lift my head to contact her and she did not object and she kept at the butt massage for about 10-15 strokes. She came off the table and told me she'll be back with hot towel. She wiped off the oil and started light massage on the legs and grazing balls, and I lifted up to let her stroke me. She asked me to turn over, and we had the talk, and I wanted a Billy Joel tune she only does covers. Good skills but she gags and I didn't like that so much. Just the sound is off putting. She cleaned me up afterwards with a new hot towel, which was appreciated, since I still had some more driving to do to get to my destination. She and did some leg massage for the rest of my 60 min.

Yes, it is completely dead. Your only opportunity is to drive down I-270 and make your way over to Prince Georges County. There are several AMP opportunities and some LMPs as well. Check out that forum and go for it. It will be about an hour drive in non-rush hour traffic. Baltimore is actually a bit worse in terms of quality.
