This just looks bad on SGG's part. It's one thing to be difficult to reach with laggy correspondence, but it's a different story entirely if you were confirmed an appointment and then nothing after. Usually, you get the AM confirmation with the details in a follow up text and you're on your way.

It's been a couple of weeks. I would imagine things should have resolved itself by now no matter what happened to the phone. SSG's tossing monger's goodwill out of the window.
