Yeah, as others have already noted, LA is the center of the k-girl universe. There is no better place to go, outside of Korea itself. As far as where to stay, I recommend The Line hotel at Wilshire & Normandie. It must be location specific. I don't defend or justify ring cams at appointments, just want to simply note that the few in OC that I've seen correlated with areas where girls needed extra deterrence. I felt it was pretty rare in OC, haven't run into one yet in LA. There must be a better way.
