If you want a consistent reliable experience, that meets a high bar--go to Good, Shanghai, or One. They are well managed.

In comparison, I once went to Shanghai at a busy time without an appointment. I knew I had to wait. As a north Seattle guy, it's sometimes demoralizing to see so much attention given to Renton. But all of the talk about Good and Tokyo got me too interested so I made the journey. Went to Good. I don't have a lot to add to the details others have given, but I will confirm: Hattie is without question the best experience in a massage / spa I have ever had. I'm older and pretty experienced with places all over the country, and nothing compares.
