I have skimmed through the reviews and post of this thread and was wondering which club might be what I'm looking for. I'm just looking to sit down, enjoy the view and get a few dances in. Which club is good for dances and enjoying the view?

Don't go to any COI club for this kind of clean fun. The art of the good stage show and clean dance is dead in COI. Those girls are there to F and empty your pockets. Go to a topless club with alcohol in another city for that. Cali Girls, Library, Dames and Games, etc.

If you're not looking for extras but stage and a straight dance, Cheetah's in SD. Myself and friends regularly alternate between COI and Cheetah's depending on our mood. The good thing about Cheetah's is they have good looking girls including a fair share of young hot white girls. Since it's a clean club and no alcohol, the money is in stage and dances. Mon-Thu nights if you want to chat, Fri-Sat nights if you want a party atmosphere. I still go COI sometimes if I want more. Been going Cheetah's 20+ years and wrote guides. Recent guides:

Expose is a weird vibe but they fill a niche, still hosting headliners Fri+Sat and even pole championships. They still offer individual 20 straight dances with good mileage. Whereas Cheetah's tends to be 5 dance for 100 which they call VIP (it is just a set of 5 dances). Photos of typical Cheetah's dancers in the guides.

Might as well go escort route if paying 500+ tip. Escort is guaranteed service, and longer.

Kim has a near monopoly in the LA area. Reasonable price clubs like DVCOI and HT are gone. A boycott might work if Kim had other clubs providing competition for him. I remember when TL got rid of topless dances and basically double the prices on lap dances. Guys started boycotting the club and turned it into a ghost town. To give you an honest opinion, you really need to tell us what you look like and how much money you spend in the club. Because those things really affect how you are perceived by these hoes. I have a standard club uniform. I am not the best looking guy but not too bad and not fat and look younger than I am. I wear decent cool clothes but nothing flashy. Thin jeans, hoodie, fresh kicks. Smell good and don't be a slob. Sweatpants, shorts, khakis, sandals, overdressing fancy are all bad. Some hoes are never impressed by anything other than money. But some you can finesse into the occasional freebie from a dumb one and your overall cool look will help. Also if you can talk about online shit these dumb 20 year olds are interested in.

I'm curious if anyone has notice their experience at the club is due in some part by what they wear to the club by on multiple visits. Experience meaning number of dancers approaching, sitting and chatting it up, offering dances, extras, and so on. I've had dancers admit that they avoid guys wearing shorts and have experienced it first hand.

T-shirt.

Polo.

Dress shirt.

Sweatpants.

Jeans.

Cargo pants.

Khakis.

Shorts.

Dress pants.

This puts the onus on the mystery dancer plus it tells her you're getting extra privileges with her and communicates that you're down for extras with other dancers if they're down. Hell, she might even enlist other dancers working to approach to figure out who it is.
