Here's a suggestion I posted years ago, a low cost, discreet option that's better than any fake silicone f*ck-tube.

Therapeutic Rubber Hot Water Bottle (eg. Carex or MABIS Hot Water Bottle - $10 at *some pharmacy*.

Elastic belt or bungies. Your closet / garage.
