Just to follow up, after a lot of talk, her setting the price and conditions and me agreeing and not negoitating (wanted 500), she bailed at the last minute and decided to make some random drama about how supposedly I wasn't serious. Even if real, not worth the headache.

Same here, set a date the last two Fridays in a row first one she ghosted the second I hadn't heard anything from her to confirm until an hour beforehand and she threw some drama at me saying I wasn't serious when she hadn't responded in days LOL.
