Same. Have a good nose for issues and have had SBs that hosted and normal regular houses and were a blast for long term fun.

A good way to spot pros that host on SA are the ones that do not require a M&G before meeting and that would offer their location right away. If the location is a hotel then you are 100% sure. In general a pro would not like an unpaid M&G.

When I did have an unsavory experience was while me hosting, that never again, if they can not host a hotel for sure.

I am spoiled my company pays for my hotel rooms.

Just don't. If you do you will inevitably end up with a Fucked Up Situation on your hands, often without your pants on. If you are going to play the sugar game hotels are your best bet.

I think it works one way. If she is a pro very likely she would host.

But if she hosts she is not necessarily a pro at least in my experience.

Also the ones that can host, no small children, roomates or family at home usually would eventually host after a few dates.
