And if you have your wits about you, SO should not have a clue either so consequences of divorce discovery shouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure even if the last point can breach that confidentiality. Alternatively, if you don't have a SO or you'll willing to pretend that you don't have one, the new doctor should be amenable to you by just telling them that you like to engage in random hookups everyone now and then and that you want to take proactive steps to maintain that type of lifestyle. Good doctors should be more than willing to keep you and others safe and healthy.

Unless you're banging every day then I don't see it as excessive. A 10-day antibiotic regimen could have you taking much more on a daily basis anyways. For occasions that I know I will be seeing girls across 2 or 3 days, I only take one dose. After that, get a prescription for Descovy or Truvada and a standing order from your doctor for doxcycline mono and follow the dosage instructions. For me, it's 200 mg after every unsafe encounter (you may have different instructions). That's pretty much every time cause BBBJ falls into that category. Following that, know and put into practice good habits that help prevent exposure. For guys, it's mainly have immaculate hygiene before and after seeing a girl and ALWAYS piss after you've done the deed. I wouldn't limit your options too much because of BB. As you said, you can always go covered with them. Participate in sex acts that you are comfortable with and you should be golden.
