I did look into DoxyPEP several months ago. In order to prevent STD (Beside HIV), is recommended to take DoxyPEP with 72 hours. It would mean that taking DoxyPEP after BBBJ. It is a bit too crazy to have so much antibotics in the body. That's why I kind of put it in the back burner. Did you take DoxyPEP after each BBBJ? Just curious.

After that, get a prescription for Descovy or Truvada and a standing order from your doctor for doxcycline mono and follow the dosage instructions. Following that, know and put into practice good habits that help prevent exposure. For guys, it's mainly have immaculate hygiene before and after seeing a girl and ALWAYS piss after you've done the deed. I wouldn't limit your options too much because of BB. As you said, you can always go covered with them. Participate in sex acts that you are comfortable with and you should be golden. Couldn't find much data in regards to exposure rates between BBBJ vs BBFS other than a general assumption that BBFS is more likely to increase exposure risks. Someone informed me the free OC public STD clinic doesn't offer vaccines, just testing and treatment. The SD public STD clinic does btw - flat rate $40 cash for the visit, fantastic quality of care and value. So I got my blood testing and Hep B vaccine through the SD clinic. For OC guys, I will provide info on getting vaccinated through CVS.

It's possible to just do walk in at CVS, but out of habit and to guarantee supplies I do a reservation. CVS lets you choose 3 vaccines for a visit, always an easy visit but wait 15 minutes after to check for any reaction. The 4 vaccines I would focus on are Flu, Covid (updated), HPV (45 years and under), and Hep B. The last two (HPV and Hep B) are important for anyone sexually active, with HPV being a priority. HPV's vaccine is usually Gardasil 9, it covers 9 different strains that cause genital warts and certain cancers. I think it may be covered by insurnace since I did not even pay. However you must get your first dose before 45. It is worth getting just to either prevent genital warts and cancers, but it will also give you some peace of mind about them anyways. Lastly, there is the pneumococcal vaccine for the very young and very old, I think the minimum age is 50. But since there are age exemptions for immunocompromised they always list the option - you can claim the immunocompromised excemption and they won't check since it's private between you and your doctor. I won't explain much more about the vaccines themselves, they matter. Wear your seatbelt.

If you are just curious to step through the forms you can choose 'guest' and see the options. My friend Abraham Lincoln picked 1990, otherwise HPV won't show (1-1-1980 is too old). Even though in the example I checked Hep B, HPV is a higher priority.

If you've been through a UTI before and feel the exact symptoms again, or just need to quit bb for a new partner, one extra step is to get treated for any bacteria that are too minor to show up on STD tests. The Hepatitis B vaccine is the next most important.

We are so lucky about something as simple as parking. In OC half the places you have to drive up 5 floors to reach guest parking. In SD, just park normally. There is even more parking nearby as backup. A few locations if it's normal hours cars come in and out and you can enter that way to the elevator block. One location you can still use a card to get in if you prefer. Others even simpler.
