I know the Luxe website says "No. 1 Night Place" but no they're not. You could say they are the No. 1 oppai pub that allows foreigners, though! The other ones, you can probably get in with 2 years Japanese if you go early bird or drop into Manzoku. I won't explain it all here.

I have reviewed every good oppai pub in Shinjuku and they're all you need to make out with 10-15 cute women each week. The girls are B-Tier to S-Tier, usually 20-25 years old.
