Sorry, brother, but you're almost certainly not going to get approved. The Korean agencies (at least the good ones) prefer local customers. Repeat business. They generally won't go out of their way to accommodate out-of-town visitors, unless you are a high roller with local friends who can vouch for you. Yes, you could give them all of your PII, but then, they might still decline. And you will have just given your most personal details to a sketchy organization. Never a good idea.

There are plenty of other pay-for-play options in LA, including newbee friendly ladies on TER and P411. I'd check them out.

Just curious. Does anybody know how a non-Korean girl gets into the lineup with these Korean agencies? We've seen it before, of course. (Cuban Betty for instance.) Sorry friend that's the name of the game. Screening is for safety of girls and other mongers. Unless you have references of other agencies you've used where you're from that are willing to vouch for you I don't see how else.

Pay stub and utility bill is a little excessive, but a photo of the driver's license is normal and standard. You can black out everything except your photo and name, usually. Unfortunately, without a reference to give you an okay with a booker, to bypass the I'd photo, you'll have to go that route.
