First time visit for me of GFE Soapland in Kawasaki (just south of Haneda Airport, in Tokyo). They've been open since 2023 and cater to foreign customers.

For first timers I recommend Kira Kira in Yokohama because it is cheap and high service. It's going to be even better service than some more expensive soaplands and DHs. I second this. This site used to be Japanese site called city heaven. Japanese know this Fuzoku site as Heaven. They really made it more foreign friendly now update dot yoasobi heaven.
