I saw Mako Oda's face featured on the PPC website right up through Sunday (yesterday, January 5). Woke up this morning to finally set up an appointment to see her today or Tuesday, only to notice that her face was gone from the PPC website. Sarai and Sayuri are now the featured stars there.

I contacted PPC and they confirmed that she was gone for good. I responded by asking them why they hadn't posted any warning messages that she was leaving soon ("last 5 days") such as what they did when Holly left, and the reply was "She didn't tell us, only told us yesterday (Sunday). ".

Not sure why, a decent number of reviews had been posted on TER, maybe she decided to go on to greener pastures (Flushing? DC?) before her visa ran out. There's been very little mention of her here on USA SG (other than on her actual birthday).

I guess I'll never get another chance to bring her a chocolate cake, oh well.
