I highly recommend Tulip massage. There is a whole thread dedicated to it on the International board. When I lived overseas many years ago, I visited Pat Pong, and took in one of the adult shows there, great time! Girls on stage doing crazy thing with their pussies. I am going to Vietnam this year as well mostly Hoi An but likely Ho Chi Men City (used to be called Saigon) as well. There are hot tocs there and massage parlors but Vietnam is not as monger friendly as Thailand or Cambodia. While in Hoi An and BKK get some suits and other custom clothing. Custom stuff from 200-400.

BKK is really going to be the most fun for you. There are still soapies, there are lots of BJ bars there. The international one is not really hard to navigate. Spend some time looking through the cities there, it was a great help for me my first time.
