Just last month Jira was a top tier HYA that rimmed and allowed FIV, great service. One of my ATFs now. She's gone, but they do exist it's just pretty rare. She was in OC October then SD November. Just saw Jiyeon yesterday. She's pretty but definitely had a lot of work done and it was pretty obvious to me. Face is important to me so I personally didn't like the plastic face, but I can see how some people might find her good looking.
