Siam still offers, although YMMV. Sompau, commonly known as Pow, used to be there and give FS. Typically you can expect an organ massage now.

As noted a few posts back Pow is now independent and made a BF out of a monger from Siam so he handles her business and FS is not on the menu as far as I know.
