At most, all LE would have is a picture of some unidentified person, and from the reports, a person that caused some trouble. For all we know, the pictures of the 'bad customers' might be customers that only wanted a good an pure massage.

LE needs to know what service you got, but more importantly, they will need to get the agreement of services for something of value in exchange.

FBI isn't going to try to build a case for a misdemeanor charge.

I might be naive but I think for the johns AMPs are very safe from a legal perspective. Given what you said, it makes sense why authorities like the FBI and police would focus on places with the capability to record public actors such as law enforcement, possibly leveraging this for corruption or foreign intelligence purposes.

Some, probably just bring it home and smuggle it in. Not sure how customs could check each person for excess cash.

I seriously doubt it. Now, while I don't have any true knowledge about what made TO LE go after them. Could be so many things. At the top of my list, maybe a new tenant didn't like the parlor, maybe one or more of the girls got too loud, too often.

Most likely, someone complained and more than once, more like many times over a longer period of time.

While an off duty LE officer may have been a customer, there's no way he can bring that to work and say, lets start an investigation, I think something funny is going on.
