Longtime lurker here. Just wanted to add some intel on this. After doing some light digging I found a link of a video with both Giaval and her friend. They are both cam girls from Seattle. Total scam is probably best-case. Brand-new account, no reviews and a model that looks designed to draw in Epstein enthusiasts. Heck I'm surprised it's not alluding to bb somehow.
