You aren't paying them to stay, you are paying them to leave you alone when you are done with them. I've had to cut quite a few off because that got to clingy or stalky or weird. If you are compensating them it is more likely they go away peacefully. Also a lot of the older ones have a kink about being paid to fuck and it can be a blast to indulge that.

Someone in their early 20's can still look good and in shape with largely no effort.
