She lives in Vegas so maybe the bookers apartments are all full? I've also heard from the VAC booker that she is hard to work with (takes a lot of days off) so maybe she is relegated to outcall only to mitigate any potential losses from that if she were to occupy an incall apt.

Finally got to meet the legendary Jay after hearing about her for years and then joining LVAC a few months ago. She gives the full pornstar experience and is a service queen! If you don't mind manmades and plastic work, she is absolutely worth every penny.
