I had almost the exact same experience. There was a medium build Chinese lady that was extremely pushy and said Rina busy. Why don't you see me.

I walked and left and immediately got a text saying sorry Rina ready come back.

It does suck to be given an appointment with a specific provider, and they don't honor it, and pass it to the first come first serve.

I too would be pissed, especially if I came from far, which I would in this case.

I've been to serenity both times, and luckily for me, they did honor my appointment. That being said, I was the only person there, so take it for what it's worth LOL.

Playing devil's advocate for them, (trust me I am pro your side), I'd argue they get flaked appointments all the time. While they want to satisfy you as a customer, they want the sure thing when it comes to the Benjis in their wallet. I've gone to a place asking for a specific provider. When I arrived, they told me she was on a lunch break, and I told them I'd come another time. They were really pushing me to see another girl, and I was telling them I would rather wait for a different session to see her.

Lo and behold, my girl comes out and convinces me not to leave.

Could she have possibly had an appointment, and they pulled their Trump card by sacrificing their appointment to keep me happy? Maybe. Maybe that same scenario is what happened with serenity spa.

End of the day, It's not a "legit," "professional" business. They're there to make money.

The worst thing they can do is advertise a girl. I make an appointment with said girl one day before my session.

And when I arrive, they tell me said girl "no longer works there. ".

That happened to me twice. I will never go back to those spots.

That's just complete false advertising.

Sorry you couldn't see Rina, I didn't see her myself.

But you got to enjoy Vivian there. My memories with Vivian there were way too good for me to shit on Serenity spa haha.

Yeah I always make an appointment but at the same time it doesn't always get honored so I don't have the expectation it will.

It usually does when I know the mamasan tho and I'm a regular at a given spot.

As with anything in life, there are rules and they will absolutely be broken and exceptions will be made for a few.

I agree. 'Appointments' don't guarantee anything. If some monger walks in 10 minutes before your time and asks for the same girl, you're SOL. It's happened to me a half dozen times at their different locations. I'd like to say that I would never return too but I'd just be lying to myself. LOL.

Yeah, actually, I have been there once. Maybe about a year ago. I forgot the name of it. I pulled the trigger on someone because she said she was Cantonese, I wasn't sure if I ever had a Cantonese girl before so I went for it. She wasn't pretty. Immediately regretted my decision post clarity. Haven't been back.

The first time I recon'd it there was a cute short, busty-enough girl though but that was years ago.

Speaking of rubmaps, was texting back and forth with the booker for Venice spa only to be told the landlords didn't allow them to renew their lease so they told me to go to Lazy or the parlor in the big building that's next to 99 ranch. For some reason, on RM some reviews came up even after that text convo, and I would drive by to see the sign still out BUT door closed, so I wasnt sure if the booker was telling truth. Fast forward to last week, and I see some guys coming in and out taking out furniture, so it's definitely gone. Will miss that place.

In any case, after seeing that, spontaneously decided to check out Palms nearby in NP. I would never enter the front, but knew of the rear entrance. Rang the rear entrance doorbell, and an older lady answered. Was tight on time, wanted to bust, and seeing she was more GILF than Granny. She's pale skinned, pretty tall, maybe 5'7", prolly a solid 6 in looks, so, I thought why not? Also with the older ladies, I always low ball, so I can at least get a good priced HJ. Ended up getting a good priced FS with a decent massage as well. If I'm in a pinch, I'd go again since it's nearby.
