It's been my experience that if you ask they will all give the blue toast and shower. Don't sweat it. Seems it is almost SOP for every agency, even if you don't ask. Occasionally if you hit it off good, have good fresh breath, and have recently showered you might get right to the action. I think the toast and shower is part of the hygiene protocol for the forth coming oral fun times.
