Seen it many times in this hobby, including one girl (a sugar baby) who did it right in front of me one night at my place. Saw Lizza yesterday and would definitely confirm her as HYA, specifically the "cute face, hot body" reports. I think she's a must-see for anyone just looking for HYA, so I'll start off with that, but some additional notes:

Reading the original post, I was thinking, oh, man, I could see a scenario where asking the wrong way might be a trigger & the gal cutting herself during a session.

No, there are always signs before. The work can make it worse, or it might even make it better. But it is never the start. Best not to know a girl's backstory, it won't help you Captain Save a Ho her. It rarely works. Few people are of the Admiral rank needed to solve their problems, and even if you met the requirements you can only fuck yourself over once. Don't. Most people can't even if they wanted to, though.

Treat the girls well and be respectful, but best to stay out of the behind the scenes. She's gotten the question before already. The last girl I knew was actually very happy, her scars were from many years before the work. The work was the solution to her life, not the problem. That is the more common case.

I have seen one girl who burns herself. Other than taking care of her in the moment, do not get involved. Just be a good customer like with all women. It is usually the only way you can help anyways. A. She politely don't tell you the truth.

Or.

B. She tell you the truth, but than what can you actually do, especially she's here on a short stay.

IMO unless you plan to invest more time & money to it, don't get too curious.

The best way to help is be a good customer and visit more often.

Since BlizaBliz already asked, I think it would be helpful for people thinking about seeing her to know how she responded, and take appropriate course of action. Understood this is a complex issue that neither party may not want to delve into, but it would seem weird to completely ignore the cuts over the arm without asking her if everything is OK.

I doubt it's even about "white knighting". We talk about "attitude" because it's a key aspect for establishing the right atmosphere. Well so are the these kinds of "outlier" physical qualities. I would think that's what BlizaBliz is sort of alluding to. It can you take out of the state of mind or be a turnoff altogether. Whether that's because of concern for the girl, concern for yourself (idk, that Black Mirror White Christmas episode has me fucked up on doing things with people that don't value their own wellbeing / lives), some psychological trigger if you or people you know have a history of self-harm, or the visuals altogether of seeing the scars.
