Any recommendation of where exactly to go on Bellevue and Belltown.

I've found that you can often get good results from business hotels with bars in downtown Bellevue and to a lesser extent in downtown Seattle. Weeknights are better because you are more likely to run into lonely ladies who are in the city on business and don't have much to do that night.

Hotels used by aircrew aren't all that great because they tend to stick together in pretty large groups.

It is kind of hit and miss and you'll need some patience and be willing to invest some time to get some action.
