I've reported this a year ago at Synn. They usually never brought back my change at all or shorted me, even if I gave them a $20 they wouldn't give me $12 back and I had to track them down later for it. It always happened to me so now I give exact change and don't tip. It sucks and I don't like it, but I'm done with that. I'm just there for the girls.

This has never happened at Spearmint Rhino COI. I've bought a dozen drinks and they always brought exact change, so I always tipped them. I only tip honest people.

Of all years I've been clubbing, I only have this problem in Kim's club. I really dislike the way he runs his clubs, but he seems to have cornered the market.

I know some you aren't very keen on tipping waitress. Some of waitress at Paradise are tipping themselves. They're automatically keeping a dollar from the change when you buy a drink. They'll even standing around for a while hoping you'll double tip them. I wouldn't be surprise this happening at other Kim's clubs.

An identical scenario with another manager whose name I believe was Tommy. But this was more than 25 years ago. He married one of their best dancers. I've forgotten her names. She had a dancer name and had been a successful "box cover" porn star using another name. I originally met her at Tl, but the problems that her husband caused led her to move to the now closed Strip Joint Pomona and we became excellent friends for a couple of years. She told me she was at SJP because of her marriage to the TL manager. Our original hookups at TL may have been before there were VIP rooms, so we were on the back couch. She offered it all up but Tommy was lurking and aggressively harassing both of us, so I just got out of there, and she moved on to SJP where she could be the kind of "entertainer" she was trying to be.

10-15 years ago my ATF at DVCOI was dating the DJ. With dancers now classified as employees, clubs have to be much more careful.

I don't know about these days. Back in the day during HT and TL heydays, dancers were hooking with male employees all time (off the clock). A couple of dancers even married bouncers or managers. I remember when the infamous Alana got marry to the manager Dennis. He got so jealous that used to just hang around the back couch whenever she was giving a lap dance, a total buzzkill. It got so bad that Randy had to put in a rule that couples could not work together, unless the guy was working the door outside.

She did bring back my change, but it was a dollar short. I normally don't count my change in front of waitstaff, I was taught that was rude growing up. I tipped her another dollar without knowing that she took her tip out already. It was until left, that I figure out she tipped herself. Like you said, it's 2 bucks nothing to get to overly upset about. I just remember reading on here some guys don't like tipping the waitress, so I thought just I post a warning.

I would think this job would be torture for guys working there since they cannot touch the girls working there or risk their job. Meanwhile they know they are all getting down and dirty in the back but cannot partake themselves. (Or can they sample them off the clock?)

Anyone have any experiences on these two Asian dancers at SR? Seems like they're new girls on roll call lately / talent. Any info on them extras, dances, tips would be appreciated.

Also what happened to the bartender May, seems like she's not working there anymore or? I never see her when I'm there. Always thought she was cute LOL.

On the flip side I got a regular dance with Sakura, new Asian girl as well Korean & very slim / flexible. Decent dance, no info on extras maybe next time.

They don't actually have to have real email signups to pump the numbers. The web master can manually set it on the back end. Many girls do care about the popularity contest of their numbers. Especially the lower end ones. But clearly a seasoned top shelf pro like Roxy could not give less of a shit about all that. She swoops in late, hits her regulars, a whale or two, maybe takes a newbie for a ride on a ridiculous quote, slinks right out.

Some have mentioned the numbers are inflated but I don't think a girl is THAT insecure to make up phony emails and follow herself. Maybe, I dunno.

IMO I think it's a combination of:

1. They have a larger social media following than say a Roxy (who I also agree is a hottie compared to Remmy. I dunno what Kim looks like.).

2. They have more work than Roxy (work more shifts, longer hours, do more lapdances than VIPs = have more volume of customers VS. A hottie that works less shifts, shows up later on shifts, has more whales that take up a lot of her time in the VIP, foregoes cheap and quick lapdances, etc.).

3. This is the only way they want customers to contact them. I know girls like to give out their cell phone numbers and social media contacts to customers. Others say "hey just follow me on the app I'm not giving you my info. ".

For me the number of followers don't mean much anyway; makes me curious sure but ultimately who cares. My ATFs have low to mid number of followers. The best-selling vehicle in the US is the Ford F 150, but I hate trucks, heh.

I don't think the follow means a lot.

She was really really busy when she debut but not really busy after she came back from vacation this time.

She used to be my ATF but after she raised her price. I just said no to her every time.

Girls just don't understand they worth less but not more for a repeating customers.

I went to synn sat night.

Not the powerhouse of dancers from Friday night, but some faces I never seen before. Seen like 2 other asian girls I never seen before.

Also one of the male workers birthday and they pulled him on stage, and had all the girls mess with him, spank, grind dance on him etc. I figure its probably a fun place to work at. I wouldn't expect livable wage but probably not bad either for something that probably doesn't need high degrees. Dream was dancing on stage and had a glowstick in her vagina, never seen that before, in a fun vibe way.
