Personally I don't partake in BBFS and prefer not to meet up with providers who offer BBFS.

Someone PM'd me with a question on PrEP for HIV just now so I'll tack it on here rather than make more posts. First I'll tell my latest experience going to the SD county STD clinic. It's where I went for my blood tests after getting treated with antibiotics to quit bb. The location is new and I went to the Central Health Public Center. Take note of their hours:

I park at trolley parking across the street. I was greeted by 12 security guards all staring at me to check if I'm a homeless vagrant. To their relief I'm not. They have me step through the metal detector. To the left and up the stairs. The actual clinic serves all people and there are 3 counters. Counter #3 is a bit hidden and that is the checkin / line for STDs. I always try to show up 9 am if they open 9 am. I tell the lady I'm there for std testing, she explains a few things and confirms my info, and I fill out forms. It's $40. If I test positive they will call me, or as a last resort mail me. I've used the county clinic (different location) 17 years. One time I got a letter from "San Diego County Health" reminding me to get my next Hepatitus vaccine shot, which I had started. Hep B and Gardasil 9 are vaccines you want in this hobby. The latter is genital warts and risk of cancer from the virus...

Kiko is 44 now and still looks the same as when she she was 33 and lost the baby fat in her cheeks. They recently updated with unblurred photos. Top two on her SDAG page are from 2011-2013. Bottom are from 2015-2016. They might as well have been taken yesterday with how close she looks to that today.

There are two reasons I go to the county clinics. One is especially at the old location, the ladies there were professional and dealt with std testing all day, knew a lot about it, and focused on giving me good care. Very kind and non-judgemental as I told them I was balls deep in a lot of pussy (okay that is not what the checkbox said but they knew what I meant by my checks). The other reason is if I go to urgent care or some other place, it turns out they are network affiliated with my primary doctor so my primary doctor during my next visit will ask me how I'm doing since my std tests. She is cool so it's cool but I prefer to separate the two. HIPPA means they'll never mention it to my relatives so it's not an issue but I used to be paranoid. I receive a bill after all but I realized nobody cared so I stopped caring. Anyways the doctor at this clinic talked with me about several things including vaccines, I requested the Hep B vaccine because I took a shot long ago but went out of the country (to fuck all the women of Japan) and missed the last shot. Since there was no record and I wasn't sure it was Hep B I already took (I'm 90% sure), she started me on a new set, taken once a month. She asked about Prep and I explained I am quitting bb so maybe it's better I don't even think about going back. But then I thought in the future I might need it or someone might want to know. She gave me a card of this pharmacy and a contact on someone to get prescribed prep. A pill you take each day. I asked about possible nausea and she said it isn't common.

My stance is that getting HIV from PIV is really rare and hard, but the risk exists and HIV is tabboo. I have a lot of more likely ways to die or be in serious trouble than that, top of the list being a car accident. That said, this makes it a very personal decision each individual can make so I leave that info there.

With bb it is almost a given that you will get bacteria sooner or later, but STD clinics only test for the serious ones. If you are a single guy, it won't matter to you if you are asymptomatic. But once you are thinking of starting a new relationship, you will want to get treated with antibiotics. I've written my story before. I peed negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea but still infected a new girlfriend 3 years after going bb in TJ (with just one girl). So I am extra careful when taking on a new partner for that reason. Yes I might be negative for the more serious ones. When I asked the doctor the official diagnosis it is NGU. Basically anything other than Gonorrhea that is bacterial and irritates the urethra (when painful to pee). It is much more noticeable in women, that's the problem.

Condoms work. I was mostly condom all these years with only bbbj and as I said, herpes is the one thing you will get no matter what. They do not have a vaccine for that. I got it on my scrotum so it must have touched the genital even though I wore a condom. No serious symptoms after the first year, but again if you have a partner they will then get it and you pray they don't have symptoms.

Here was the issue. They told me they will call 3 times if they can't reach me they send a letter. Well I generally fly every week. I was lucky they called and I answered but they still sent the letter. I was able to cancel and called in sick and was able to intercept the letter.

Can anyone remember how long it takes the results to come back and any advise on how to make sure they don't send letter.

I could set up a 2 week no fly period.

If you use a company like STDCheck.com the results taker 1-2 days.

STDs and UTIs can persist without the proper treatment.

You should consider going to a clinic that can determine the nature of your infection. They'll examine you and analyze a urine sample to identify the type of bacteria infecting your urinary tract. The sample is cultured and tested for antibiotic sensitivity and specificity.

Agree with this, it might just be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) but it could be something else that requires treatment.

She was only woman I had BBFS with. I thought it was a uti. So I had online Dr prescription for macrobid. Took that and seemed to go away. But I seem to still have some lingering effects of urination. Did I take wrong prescription if this wasn't uti and maybe a std? Should I have taken Azithromycin and Cefixime Capsule?

I would use mistr. They have assistance programs if you don't have insurance. You pay 99 dollars for labs and virtual consult and then it's free and they just mail you it once a month. It really helps me because I have anxiety about everything in this hobby. So it gets rid of one worry.

Is it possible to ask them to stop mailing it to you after one delivery? I just want to try BB once, I don't intend to make it a regular thing.

If you take prep and don't do anal sex or sex with menstruating women then it is virtually impossible to get HIV.

Hep C is about a 1 in 190000 transmission rate vaginally with a non-menstrating woman.

HPV and Herpes can be spread even if the man wears a condom. They also do not show up on a test easily unless you are having an outbreak. Most people do not show symptoms or if they do it is only once a year. HPV you can get a vaccine from some of the more cancerous strands.

If herpes is something you are worried about then you should quit the hobby and become a celibate priest because it's something all people who have sex are at risk of.

The most common ones you have a worry about are chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis. These ones only sometimes present symptoms infection rate for chlamydia and gonorrhea are like 1/3 for unprotected vaginal sex. Something like 1/10 for the oral. Even with condoms there is a very small chance. These infections can get treated with antibiotics. There is an antibiotic prep for it but I wouldn't recommend it as you could just make the infection antibiotic resistant.

The best way to protect yourself from these infections is to use the sex industry standard and test yourself monthly for stds and get treated when they appear. If you go to an appointment knowing you have a clean test and plan to get tested after the appointment I see no problem in going for BBFS. Just check to make sure she has no sores or discharge or stinky down there first.

Now if you go picking up and barebacking street walkers and then escorts and civies and not getting tested. Then you have a problem with your risk management. Those people can go to hell and need to correct themselves.
