So what it would take is a Chinese speaking Chinese woman to interview these ladies. There are some work conditions that don't meet local legal standards, but they do meet Chinese standards in China, and so they are all fine with those rules and never complain about them. More than half of Chinese don't make a $500 a year, and these girls make $1000 a week. Who complains about making 100 times your normal salary? If you were making $100 k here, and you were offered a job making $10,000,000 a year working in a foreign country, would you be complaining?
