What I really meant to say was that in comparison to Special Hands, Why & Why is clean and has friendly, cute, and pleasant therapists. The manager speaks English and is friendly. They give good massages and don't haggle over tips. As for extras, there is never any guarantee. Even at the place further down the Pike that has a reputation for such service I was once told "we don't do that here " (You know which one I am referring to!
