I've been in over a decade and have seen plenty that look like their pics. Pixy is a recent example. While most use filters, I have very rarely been to one who is nowhere represented by them without knowing in advance. But then again I rarely go in blind without referrals either.

I can understand them not wanting to post a pic for the world to see. It's the outright bullshit though. When they post a pic on their ad that looks nothing like them. Esp the body pics. Those are the ones that I'm looking at more so than the face ones personally.
