Ok guys, real talk: do you worry about exposure to STDs? I have never done BBFS with a provider for this reason. Has anyone here contracted an STD from a provider? How do you guys think about this risk?

I been doing BBFS for prob 1 years and a half now mainly with K-girls and never got any STDs. I am pretty sure the chance is out there, but so far so good.

The best way to have safe BBFS I found as other mentioned is through PreP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) with 99% prevention of HIV. You can research and read about it on CDC or other scholarly published before making a decision.

PreP main side-effect is kidney damage for long-term used, but with newer generation of PreP like Truvada, studies show to have lower risk of toxicity. This is why your medical provider will only subscript the medication once every 3 months, and after with kidney function and other STDs / blood tests.

I was plan to get this drug through my family doctor but he give me a weird look when I mentioned it, so I looked for another provider. I research nearby health center specialize in STDs prevention and found a place called Planned Parenthood with multiple locations in OC. Their service was professional. I get my PreP through them. I think most health insurance will pay for this drug.

Once the drug arrive at your pharmacy, just take it daily for 7 days if you decide to have bareback sex for 1 month (or if you still want to be safer than take it daily for 21 days before sex). After 7 days (or 21 days), just go ham and have fun. Then continue to take the drug daily til it ran out. After that, go back for your scheduled follow-up for more testing, and the cycle continue.

I been doing this for about 7 months now and so far so good. But safest sex practice is still with condoms. Hopefully this information help for other.

Yes, but BBFS is worth the risk to me, because it feels 1,000% better than CFS. Using a cover feels like fucking through a tire. At my age, I simply can't stay hard for very long with a plastic noose strangling my dick. Without the wrap, I can do 2 pops easy in a one-hour session. That's how big the difference is.

In many years of banging k-girls, I have never caught an STD. But in many years of also banging civvies, I've been hit twice. So I do wonder. Who is safer? The hookers or the "good" girls? To me, the answer seems pretty clear.

Apartment rents, especially, skyrocketed. That made it impossible for the k-agencies to hold prices at 250/ hr. Just like a typical fast-food meal no longer costs $8. It's $18 now.

That said, I think there should be room for extremely talented k-girls, like Cari, to move higher up the ladder, if their beauty and their skills are that special. In Cari's case, I would argue, she is that special.

I can't be the only who thinks the girl matters more than the price. A few girls are worth more than they charge. Most girls are not worth a repeat even a discount, even though they're perfectly okay to try for variety. If a girl is worth seeing, I see her again. I'm trying to find those girls. Simple as that.

I don't like the price creep but it's everywhere. I researched going to some COI clubs just for nostalgia, and most girls are quoting $500 when there were a lot more charging $200 2 years ago.
