I would be cautious; it's very much going to be a YMMV situation. With some girls, it really might be that they like you enough to want to stay with you for free, but I'd be willing to bet that it's more likely that they still want some sort of compensation. The last time I saw a 10 rating for a girl I personally saw (a few days ago on TER), it was for a super-medicore girl.
