Suppose, very low chance, they could call contact you, ask if you have ever been there. You simply tell them, you only speak to LE via your attorney. It would be nutty if you said that and their was further pursuit.

While not impossible, it seems incredibly rare that the men get caught up. The football team owner in FL a couple few years ago, seems to be the exception, wildly different from almost all other publicized cases.
Thought El Cajon put the photos up?

LE rarely goes after clients. Example, in 2009 in Scottsdale, AZ there was a major bust of three agencies, Desert Divas was primary. In this bust almost all of the girls were arrested plus the management. Over 50 arrests were made and none, zero, zilch were of a customer. Yes, they had a list that detailed nearly 2,000 customers with all the personal details. Some very high community members on that list also. But it was a list. Google it. The owner only got 2 1/2 years. If your name comes up, it's a list. Unless they catch you in the act of offering money for sex, relax. Again, read the penal code.

Most likely, it would be some BS health code violation, just something to try to embarrass you and to try to put pressure on you to get the spa chut down.

Still, the best advice is "Say Nothing" and get an attorney if they try anything. Don't try to argue your way out of it or try to be one those "rights" type who think they're Constitutional Attorneys and Scholars. As someone else eloquently put it, STFU!

Not sure how much more private it needs to be. And, yes, inside that room, it is a personal act, unless $$ or something of value is exchanged or promised.

I really don't see any possible charges for the customer. Health code violations, those would be for the conditions of the parlor, no clean towels, no hot water, or what ever the requirements are for a massage establishment.

Read up on PC 647 and it's sections. It will enlighten you quite a bit. Futher reading and more simplified, read some attorney pages on CA PC 647. It isn't that much reading, and will really give you some good information.

They will need to somehow prove that you or her, have requested / offered a sexual act in exchange for money. Short of that, it was just a sex act between two people. If the girl claims you paid her, well, now you may have a problem, maybe a problem that could be challenged with a good attorney.

You need to be polite and invoke your right to have an attorney represent you. Don't say anything more before or even after you invoke. Give them as little as possible to work with, and that works inversely with your attorney. You are giving the attorney the full range of options to protect you. By telling the police, you've been here many times, well, now the attorney will have a hard time undoing that, and you lose one possible story for the defense.

The most they "might" do would be warn you about the possibility of infection by STD "IF" they had arrested one of the ladies and she tested positive. Even then, the notification would come from public health, not the police.

If you had walked in while they were executing the search warrant and arrest, at most they might have stopped you to ask you some questions-however they would not have threatened arrest nor done anything more than warn you to leave because the business was being shutdown. Again, your mere presence at the scene is not legal reason to bother you. Back in the 80's, when the street girls were more present in San Diego, El Cajon Blvd. Was a nightmare for traffic because mongers would cruise looking to pickup girls. The only thing SDPD could do was stop you for impeding traffic or committing a traffic violation. They sometimes would pull you over if you picked up a known working girl, but all they would (and legally could) do was give you a lecture about the safety concerns associated with streetwalkers. If you actually broke a traffic law, they would definitely issue a ticket-no warnings. Again, you MUST be caught in the act or soliciting the act from an undercover officer. But offering a ride, being in an area where working girls are known to congregate-these are not illegal activities. Just don't ADMIT to anything either.

The best advice you can take away is stop thinking with the little head. If you don't feel comfortable with a situation (a girl is acting strange / reluctant, being evasive, etc) just be polite but back out. Don't put yourself at risk if you get a weird "vibe" or you don't feel comfortable and safe.

I agree. Unless they had your license plate not much they can do. The police will not waste their time tracking guys down for such a minor crime.

Don't worry about it, live your life. Even the owner of the spa ain't arrested, why should you be worried.

If it's true that the girls would approach church goers about going over to visit them then that is incredibly foolish and they deserved to get busted.

I'm sure there are places women are trafficked but in my travels the women are very accommodating and happy to make me happy, and happy to get their tips they earned.

The women I've seen are not guarded, do not appear abused, and don't seem to be under duress. Illegal sex acts? Sure, trafficked women? I didn't see any women who were "rescued," did you?
