For those of you who got a provider's personal contact info, how did that happen? Did you ask first or did they voluntarily give it to you? After how many visits?

From my experience, they will either ask for your contact info or offer theirs. Be sure to have Kakaotalk installed with a profile already set up as they might want to exchange contact that way.
