I wrote this before, but I hate dealing with independents. The "direct connection" means nothing to me if we can't have any connection at all. Most of them have no idea what they're doing and are totally flaky for no reason even when you show dedication to try and work with them. Do you want business or not? If any independents read this, get a booker and make everyone's life easier.
