Really depends on the girl. If she takes good care of herself and sets a manageable pace, her service shouldn't suffer. Take for example Hana. While it stands to reason that early appointments should get an objectively better experience due to them having just rested, I've gotten plenty of subpar service because she didn't sleep well, got drunk partying or otherwise last night, or just plain not a morning person.
