It's just called Search by Image. You can set which image search sites you want to use and search them all at once.

Yep most of the normal image search tools have not been very helpful. They primarily find the exact image and are not designed to match faces. I use a chrome extension that will search a number of sites and every now and then Yandex will find something, but mostly I use facecheck.

I've found that Google image search is much better than Tineye.

So many times that Tineye gave me ZERO results, Google found a bunch of matches.
