We (as essentially "owners") would need to provide the maintenance, as well (which could earn additional court play time). Lawn mowing, pool cleaning, etc.

Any members found to be mistreating the ladies would be put on suspension, and eventually expelled, if bad behavior continues.

For properties. This could be a house in a high traffic "rental" community. No shortage of those. Would recommend a house with a pool and hot tub, and a tall privacy fenced-in back yard.
