I should probably clarify.

100% agree. I'm not into overpaying for no reason. I always pay the standard rate and will occasionally reward above and beyond service with some extra. If the going rate goes up. No big deal. I get above and beyond treatment all the time. Not because I sometimes tip extra but because I'm good looking, good hygiene, and the girls I see know that I treat them like a human being.
