How are they not all about customer service? If I were a booker / agency I would be extremely customer service oriented as you never know who's insane these days. Obviously fair is fair and above everything else, but clients easily affect the market whether its by reviews, forums, or sabotage.

That's not what the article says. It does not state that any organization was busted in LA. They refer to the busts on the East Coast.
