General trends I have noticed compared to Koreans are: noticeably younger demographic (I am usually younger than most Korean girls I meet, but I have been older than each Japanese girl I have tried), on average a little bit more GPS, and quite a bit more starfish. Not sure if this is related to GPS or this is just how they are trained over there. I do not personally fuck very hard but I get a strong feeling that the girls would not really like it. Highly unlikely that they will be magnum approved. They also will tend to have more restrictions such as no FIV, not kissing back too much, or no BB available.

Personally, I am mostly in this for the service and attitude so I prefer Koreans and will be mostly sticking with them for the time being. Many of the J-girls are indeed young and green. This is part of their appeal. They have more newbie / civvie vibes than their C and K counterparts. Some of them start in LA and some end the tour there. In the past they seemed to follow a rotation but now it's totally random where they go. Market is too saturated.

If NYC is any indicator, the service is not going to change. We have had an abundance of J-girls in Manhattan and Queens since 2020. Japanese girls are not known for their service. They're popular because they're young, hot, offer video / BBFS and are Japanese. Every now and then a J-girl with good service may come along, but they are the exception that proves the rule.
