She immediately quotes me $$. My negotiation skills can be improved but I took a solid stab at it. I first try to lowball her to and say $. 8. She says that would be only good for hand release and stays at her current price point. I tell her that I've gotten cheaper deals elsewhere and tell her that my cap is $1.6. She counters that if I want to pay that amount that I need to go elsewhere. She said she needed to pay for rent and that it was expensive etc. She was obstinate and would not budge. My experience is different. Her CBJ was ok and FS was ok but she take a pounding. No eye contact on FS and she wasn't into it. Maybe cause it was late and she tired.
