Unfortunately, most of these girls don't generally "get better". They don't generally live a lifestyle where they can "improve" their "quality of living " unfortunately. This generally means that they go in a downward spiral, heading for the bottom. I often hope for the opposite, but that is rarely the case. I have not seen these providers, but I'd exercise caution, if you do. Never know what may be lurking behind closed doors.
