You don't need verification for Ozone nor do they usually answer texts. Just call ahead to make an appointment and show up. Be nice and showered (they don't have a shower) and have around $200 spare on you and you should be good to go. KP is another story. Notoriously hard to get approved. Glad I've been going for 10+ years so Mike doesn't give me any issues even if it's been awhile since my last visit. As far as I understand you have to call to ozne, but for KP you need to get approved through their website.
