I would say that if you picked any AMP at random in philly, 50% of the time it would be a HJ jawn. 40% FS (usually just CFS) and 10% would be just therapeutic.

In the HJ places, most will let you roam the top, few will let you roam the bottom. And some will not let you roams at all. Roaming can be YMMV from place to place and person to person.
